EmailWhiz collects minimal personal information necessary to provide our services. This includes your name, email address, and authentication credentials through official Google OAuth protocols.

2. Use of Google Data

Our application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we only access your Gmail API to send emails on your behalf as configured in the campaign manager. We do not store or read your private emails, and we do not share your data with third parties or for advertising purposes.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed to other users.

4. Retention

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
