EmailWhiz provides tools for managing cold email outreach and automating email campaigns via the Gmail API. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use EmailWhiz for illegal purposes, including spamming or sending unsolicited commercial communication in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act.
EmailWhiz is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances will EmailWhiz be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to EmailWhiz at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
